2026 FISH STOCKING PROGRAM

Permit Requirements
Complete and submit your Fish Stocking Permit to NYS DEC at Christopher.Powers@dec.ny.gov, then email the approved permit to Senior District Technician Lenny Croote at lenny@hamcoswcd.org

Order Delivery
The District will deliver fish orders to your home in the beginning of May. Once all orders are processed, we will contact you with a delivery date. The Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District will deliver your fish to your stocking location, but will NOT be responsible for fish loss once the fish are in the pond.
